Sujit Choudhry was accompanied by several leading constitutional experts to write a letter to the Spanish and Catalonia governments to consider their efforts towards making the two nations co-exist in unity. The effort of the letter was to issue a guidance schedule to the Spanish government to allow the Catalonian people choose what they want to do as a nation. For this reason, they will also allow the Catalonian president to allow the people conduct a referendum that will be respected by the people in the country.
