This last November event is still one that’s remembered for its uncompromising values and its commitment to making banking clearer and more accessible to all, especially to its often stressed-out leaders. The forum panel offered numerous topics with relevant discussions on how to improve the overall system from within and even from without intern., Maximizing profits for all in the business. Time management, organization and money collection skills were discussed as well as new terms of been added to the bankers market in the last year alone. He stood for bankers rights all around.
What’s perhaps most unique about Nexbank is that it works with James Dondero, a recent donor to the Dallas Zoo and Highland Capital’s President. People of the colors, feels, and even smells of the new surrounding building within the zoo and say that it could not be more beautifully designed or elaborated overall. James Dondero’s name appears in the zoo as well as he was the number one contributor to this fund. He oversaw its implementation, design and construction all throughout the process. Additionally, James Dondero and Nexbank have donated to the Snowball Express, The George W. Bush Presidential Library, the George W. Bush Institute, the Museum of Natural Science, SMU’s Tower Scholars Program, Uplift Education, and even the Education is Freedom charities.
On 24th April 2014, Lynn Fosse of CEOCFO Magazine interviewed Sujit Choudhry, the founder of Center for Constitutional Transitions (CCT). According to Choudhry, CCT generates and mobilizes knowledge to support the Constitution. They do this by leading a network of experts that produce policy options for decision makers. CCT collaborates with think tanks and NGOs whom they have worked together in over 25 countries.
Choudhry was driven to establish CCT by the gap created during constitutional transitions where knowledge is either incomplete, outdated, or non-existent. He also wanted to solve the problem of lack of updated research to advice constitutional reviews. CCT came to fill these gaps. Having law degrees from three countries, Choudhry acknowledge that he has experience of many political and legal environments and learned political decision making which adds to his success profession wise.
According to Choudhry who has studied comparative constitutional law, the constitutional democracies around the world are similar to what is happening in America. America has never wanted to learn from successes and failures of other countries. Choudhry advises professionals to always listen to those on the ground and never assume things. He has learned to use his setbacks as the opportunity to start all over again and even come out better. To him, constant reinvention is the way to success.
Choudhry’s wish is to organize and host important constitutional case-law globally and in multiple languages. This, he hopes can change the history of constitutionalism. So far, Sujit Choudhry has brought together experts both practitioners and scholars to create global knowledge networks. At CCT, they are completing three projects in security sector reform, constitutional transition in emerging world, and security sector reform. Related article to read on constitutionaltransitions.org

For many of those living in the modern world’s most advanced societies, it’s not clear how important a standing constitution can be. It’s only when living without the basic rights as identified by strong constitutions that we realize how dysfunctional a society is. For a people to be one, they must share the same ideals.
If not, they must at least agree and to varying levels that enable cooperation. For those nations who already have these things in place, a life without it seems unreal. It presents a world; many have forgotten. These countries don’t see the work Sujit Choudhry, has accomplished. They only see the results without the pain to get there.
The Place of Transition In The Modern World
The fact is, there are a number of nations who still need a strong constitutional input within their society. There is also a method whereby these existing entities can enable this. The outcome they desire is called transition. The work needed for it is called comparative law. There are basic steps we learn from Sujit CHoudhry and his legacy. Learn about his insights and views on things, read this recently authored article of Sujit on activistpost.com.
We know that getting an entire country together is tough work. But we also know that it’s possible. By modeling and examining the existing formations of world-wide constitutions, a real decision on a country’s direction can be made. That decision often enables a nation to rise up and enter the world-class arena. More to read on en.wikipedia.org.

As with everything else under the sun, the real estate industry is constantly changing. Every few years new trends emerge and take a foothold of the sectors for certain periods of time. According to Baltimore real estate expert, Todd Lubar, the newest trend that will likely sweep the industry by storm is the use of smart home technology.
According to Hackronym, the concept of smart home technology involves equipping homes with technological gadgets that eliminate the need for direct contact in completing certain tasks. For example, an individual in a smart home may be able to draw his curtains using voice command. The evolution of this concept into a reality has been facilitated by the advancements made in digital technology, such as the internet, over the last few decades. While to many the idea of a smart home may seem like an alien concept it is not, as most homes today already have certain types of smart technology. For example, using Apple’s Siri to switch off your lights or turn off the fridge is using smart technology.
As is pointed out by experts such as Mr. Lubar, the uses of smart home technology go far beyond convenience. That is, the concept is not just about switching lights off from a distance. It can be used to improve the physical and psychological health of many residents, particularly the elderly and handicapped who cannot easily move around. Check out Ideamensch to know more.
Todd Lubar is one of the best-placed individuals to comment about the future of the real estate industry. The B.A.
graduate from Syracuse University has worked in a number of sectors in and around real estate. His first few jobs were in the financial industry, with a particular bias towards mortgage banking. He worked for Crestar Mortgage Corporation, Legacy Financial Group and Magnus Financial Group in succession. With the mortgage industry facing some challenges following the 2008 global financial crisis, he decided to expand his options, working in the construction, entertainment, and real estate development industries.
Today Mr. Lubar is the President of TDL Global Ventures. He also concurrently holds the position of Senior Vice President to Legendary Investments. Despite being new to the real estate industry, he has experienced immense success thus far as a result of possessing an outsider’s view.

This would make the diffusion of knowledge from one part of the world to the next much easier. It would also make information on constitutionalism much more readily available. There is a gap that exists in knowledge right now in constitutionalism says Choudhry. One of the reasons the gap exists is because major cases are not recorded and translated to be shared and viewed later on. Litigation is described as the process of starting a legal proceeding between two conflicting parties with the objective of enforcing a legal right. A judge may hear litigation in a court of law, but mostly litigations are usually settled by agreement between two conflicting parties. There several procedures that precede lawsuit which differentiates it from litigation. There are arbitrations, appeals, pre-suit negotiations, and facilitations in the litigation process.
A litigator is defined in the dictionary as someone who “specializes in taking legal action against people and organizations.” A litigator takes part in the whole process of litigation and not only the part of a judge in a court. It is a requirement for every litigator to hold a bachelor’s degree in and a law degree from an accredited institution. Litigators do general law courses including courtroom presentation, constitutional law, and negotiation procedures. Moreover, litigators may also take classes in business ethics, regulatory legislation, and real estate law to advance their competence.
